Mimi has more than eight years of international experience in primary and Pre-K. Her teaching experience is largely from teaching at various renowned primary schools in Toronto, Canada, to combined classes of junior and senior kindergarten students. Afterward, she settled in Qatar, teaching primary English and History in Doha at international schools.
Mimi holds a BA in Business Administration and has attained her International Accreditation in Early Childhood Education (CACHE L3), recognized under the UK NCFE. As a recognized Early Years’ Educator, she specializes in a variety of topics, including physical, emotional, social, language, and communication development during a child’s key early stages.
As an Early Years’ Educator, Mimi’s key teaching philosophy lies in building relationships with her students. Through this and her experience, she is able to properly guide her students after establishing a proper foundational relationship with them within a supportive classroom environment.
At home, Mimi loves to travel and learn about diverse cultures through food and entertainment. She also loves spending time with animals of all kinds, having birds and cats keep her entertained at home.
