Education
Miss Itzel has a master’s degree in education. She holds a bachelor’s in science in Environmental Science from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. As well as District of Columbia Teacher Certification (Pre K-12).
About Itzel
She is passionate about teaching, always seeking ways to make the process of learning a better experience for the student and for the educator. Believing the best way to learn is by having fun and awaking the curiosity to form future leaders that are not afraid to embrace their true selves.
Outside of work, she has been practicing yoga for 12 years. She enjoys water sports, cycling, and traveling. Moreover, she likes to create crafts out of reusable materials, and sewing.
